Tracy Wines is an accomplished Hair & Wig Designer and Makeup Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty, entertainment, film, television, and live performance industries. A licensed cosmetologist since 2006, Tracy has built a diverse career specializing in hairstyling, wig design, makeup, stage makeup, special effects makeup, airbrushing, prosthetics, and character transformation.

Throughout her career, Tracy has worked across a wide range of productions, including feature films, television series, commercials, photo shoots, live shows, musicals, parades, and audio-animatronic entertainment. Her extensive experience allows her to seamlessly translate creative concepts into polished looks for performers, actors, and characters.

          From 2010 through 2020, Tracy was a member of the Entertainment-Cosmetology Department at Walt Disney World Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, where she supported entertainment productions across all four Disney theme parks. Her work included major seasonal and special events such as the Disney Christmas Day Parade on ABC, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Star Wars Weekends, and Frozen Summer Fun.

          Tracy has also served as a Hair, Wig Designer, and Makeup Specialist for the Cocoa Village Playhouse, contributing to numerous theatrical productions including Cats, Sugar, In the Heights, Dreamgirls, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, The Secret Garden, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.

Her professional theater credits extend to the national touring productions of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Kinky Boots, Anastasia, Frozen, and Mean Girls, where she worked as part of the local hair and makeup teams.

          Tracy’s screen credits include serving as an additional hairstylist on the first season of The Right Stuff on Disney+, as well as working on season two of David Makes Man on OWN. Her film credits include No Vacancy and the Miami unit of the major motion picture Father of the Bride. She has also contributed her expertise to SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Scream for the 2022–2023 seasons.

A proud member of IATSE Local 798 as a Hairstylist and IATSE Local 631 as a Hairstylist and Makeup Artist, Tracy was also the IATSE Local 798 Head Hairstylist for the 2021–2022 Broadway Series at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. More recently, her work has taken her to Atlanta, where she has contributed to productions at the Fox Theatre and the Atlanta Opera.

          Since January 2024, Tracy has served as a Wig Designer at Universal Orlando Resort’s Epic Universe, continuing to expand her career within the world of large-scale entertainment and character-driven storytelling.

Beyond her work in cosmetology and entertainment, Tracy was previously the co-owner of Marta’s Legacy Dance Studio. In 2026, she made the decision to devote her full professional focus to her passion for hair, wigs, makeup, and character design, bringing her years of experience, creativity, and technical expertise to every production.
